Uses & Directions:

Apply externally to massage sore areas.

Cold, runny or stuffy nose: Rub oil on the temples, neck, nape, and around the nose. For headache, dizziness, nausea: Apply oil on temples, neck, philtrum, and nose.

Cough, chest tightness: Apply oil on the chest, neck, and back.

Indigestion, stomachache: Rub oil on the abdomen.

For colds: Steam inhalation by adding 5–10 drops into an inhaler with about 250ml of hot water.

Contraindications:

Not suitable for individuals allergic to any ingredient of the product.
